This restaurant is convenient to access with plenty of parking and a drive-thru option. It has recently been updated, which is a plus. However, the downside was that when we visited around 8 PM, there were very few menu items left to choose from. Although we were the only customers in line to place an order, we experienced a noticeable wait of about five minutes before being attended to, suggesting that they might have been understaffed at that time.
This is my favorite Tim Hortons! While the drive-thru lines can get long at times, my order is always accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I often use the drive-thru. Some employees really brighten my day with their wonderful personalities. Simcoe could definitely benefit from more than just two Tim Hortons to cater to the needs of this expanding community and surrounding area.
The service can be quite slow, and sometimes even mobile orders placed 10 minutes before arrival take a long time to fulfill. The staff seems a bit disorganized, and it often feels like there's no clear leadership or direction regarding tasks and operations.
The service is BRUTALLY slow both in the drive thru and inside the restaurant.It's incredibly frustrating to have to wait so long for a coffee. After 10 minutes of waiting in line behind only three people, I gave up and left.Fix this!! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Staff is friendly but very unorganized, and wait times for counter service is often way longer than you'd expect. I don't go to this location as often since new owners took
The customer service was outstanding. Sarah was incredibly helpful with taking our order. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the coffee was delicious!
Typically, it’s a wonderful experience. The restrooms are very clean and tidy, and the staff is courteous as well.
