It is regretful to write a negative review, but Timothy Dean's in Bowie, MD still has room for improvement in terms of fine dining. The atmosphere is plain and lacking in any defining features to reduce noise levels. During Sunday brunch, the noise was overwhelming, making it difficult to have a normal conversation at a table for three. The food was decent, but the service and timing were unsatisfactory. The hostess seated us and told us to choose any table, but there were none suitable for three people, so we had to improvise. The Food and service were great. The Mussels were to DIE for! Their broth was so good that we sopped it up with the provided bread. I had the Sea Bass with Asparagus which was OUTSTANDING. it came from the kitchen HOT and was cooked PERFECTLY! My date had the Catfish and Grits which was well seasoned and full of flavor. We capped the meal with the Molten Lava cake, strawberries and raspberries with rosemary ice cream which was the perfect closer. Overall, it was a great experience!
My sorority sisters and I went to this restaurant to celebrate the launch of our investment club. We were very impressed by our experience - the service was excellent and the food was amazing. I am planning to return on Tuesday to bring another friend to the restaurant. A special shout out to Mr. Timothy Dean - you know who you are! I discovered this restaurant on Open Table and was pleasantly surprised! The food was incredible!!! I ordered the french toast with bacon and my friend had the chicken and waffles. The chef even came out to greet us. The servers were very friendly and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. Not a single smudge on my glass or utensils. I would highly recommend this place!

Loved them being able to accommodate our large party at the last minute !!! The food was amazing and came out quickly!!! Best new Black owned restaurant in town ... Timothy came out to greet everyone, every time I have come in ... we will be using them for our next big function!!!
The food was very good, I like the portion size. I think the wine list can be expanded to include a Riesling wine or something close. I love creme brulee, but I had never had it cold. Over all, I would go again and recommend that my friends check it out. EG

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner! Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our entrées.
