There is a saying that it takes 25 years to become an overnight success. Michael and Dawn, owners, who have created Tina's in their image, certainly prove that adage. Our recent experience for dinner at Tina's typically has only been found by traveling to the best restaurants in Napa, New York or Europe. The food was Michelin star level, especially the monkfish, the duck and the truffled mushroom starter. The curated wine list is impressive and the owner has an extensive knowledge of the region's pinot noir. We wanted to like Tina’s but couldn’t find enough reasons to put it on the return list. The service was slow, choppy and unprofessional. Our food got mixed reviews with duck and lamb being good but not excellent for the steep price. My soup was thin and lacked any definition and the crispy salmon rolls were confusing with too much cabbage. Staff needs a serious retraining session and chef needs to taste the food before it hits the floor. 20% service charge is not reasonable for poor service.
We came to Willamette to visit wineries and have awesome dinners. We had great wine but until we found Tina's our last night the food was a bit average. Our concierge was not great at what we think is the best hotel in the valley but she did not tell us about Tina's and it was amazing. Everything was amazing...fillet, lamb, salad, dessert. Complete 5 star restaurant and we live in Dallas and have great restaurants.
Excellent white tablecloth restaurant in the heart of Oregon's wine country. We ate early (5:30) after a long day of wine tasting and found the restaurant already busy. My wife had a delightful shuffle provencal while I had beef tenderloin. Excellent food and great service. We were too full to consider what looked like some excellent desserts. Regardless of food and wine and atmosphere, the TWENTY PERCENT SERVICE CHARGE is ridiculous! These service charges are the equivalent of airline JUNK FEES. Raise your prices if you’re not ashamed of it and quit being deceptive! We ‘tip’ a minimum 20-25% and feel good about it. I will never feel good deceptive restaurant JUNK FEES.
Stayed 4 nights in Williamette Valley and this was our favorite restaurant. Great ambiance, service, food and drinks. Really enjoyed the Black Walnut Manhattan, Rack of Lamb and the Chocolate Dessert with a Glass of Port. Perfection!!
This was our first visit to Tina’s and we will definitely come back. The atmosphere, our server and the food were all great. Good restaurant in the area for more of a fine dining experience.

Absolutely stunning location. If you desire a delicious meal for a romantic outing, look no further. I've been going since my prom date, and I always look forward to my next visit.
