We had ordered a gluten free meal for one of the people in our party of five. When the main course arrived for everyone else, the special meal did not . Our waiter, extremely apologetic for the delay said there was a mix up in the kitchen and they were now preparing a conforming entre. We praised them for their integrity and assured him that we preferred the wait rather than one of us having deal with the consequence of eating an unhealthy meal . As an additional gesture our waiter comped the table with desert. Kudos to Ting, their excellent food and their serious customer focus.
Food was excellent. Service was very good. The Yum Tom soup was good although I would like to have known that it was spicy. They were nice to bring a surprise dessert with candles, two singing for my birthday. I would happily go back again.
OMG Ting is always good!! But we went to celebrate a birthday and they made it so very special! We got appetizers and then a lava cake with a candle. It was the most wonderful time. A huge thank you to all at Ting!!!
