One of the best in Leicester! Overall, The food from this place is delicious. The poppadoms always come fresh and with a delicious chutney selection. I usually order the butter chicken because you can never go wrong with that as it’s packed full of flavour and never disappoints a keema naan one of the tastiest around, I prefer how it’s actual mince inside, as opposed to a thin patty of meet that tastes cheap like a donner kebab . As well as butter chicken, we’ve ordered the chicken tikka a lot too. This is where the issue arises. It’s a 50/50 on which chicken tikka you’ll get. It was my first visit to Tipu Sultan in Leicester, and it was a great experience. The staff were great, friendly, welcoming, and provided a great service. The find was brilliant, and portions were just right. Definitely visit again when I'm back in Leicester.
Elegant decor. Lovely mouth watering dishes. Samosa Chaat,along with ghost handi , was awesome, also we liked faluda as a dessert. Definitely a place to visit with family and friends.
