I booked a large table weeks ago before refurbishment for 10 -15 people so expected to arrive and find table reserved. No table was reserved. Was offered tables in an adjoining room. Ok decided to accept that. After ordering we were served with cups with no saucers or carry out cups!!!! Not good enough. Some ladies had to go up to servery and request their scones etc. All in all for some of us who frequented the cafe often we are disappointed at the new lay out. Too noisy due to lack of soft furnishings to absorb sound and certainly no privacy. Like a school canteen for 5 year olds. You may have catered for the congregation but at the end of the day you are running a business to boost church...
