For the most part its a good spot with nice owners. The sandwiches are usually quite good. However the bacon bits in the salad taste like they are really old as do the pickles. Its pretty expensive for a sandwich and there isnt alot of stuff in them but its a good mix and usually tasty. However they got things wrong 3 times in a row and we just stopped going. Forgetting things, wrong sandwich. The pop machine always had problems too. Awful EMO music playing all the time which was hard to ignore.I hope they got that stuff worked out. Went with my son to Windsor for a weekend getaway. We were hungry and stopped in for a snack. We split the roast beef. It was very tasty. The horseradish added a nice kick. The price was what I would expect to pay for quality food. The menu is huge. Fortunately, it wasn't too busy and we weren't pressured by anyone behind us to give our choice. The place was spotless. The decor is updated though some of the stools are wobbly. We talked with Stephanie, one of the owners, who is delightful. When I come back to Windsor, this will definitely be a return stop.
I went there a long time ago with a friend who was a big fan of the place. One of us was paying by debit and turned out that the machines were down. The staff charged us only for one sandwich even though we were insisting on paying for both! But it was not just because of the free sandwich, the taste of the sandwiches, the freshness and the ambience of the restaurant was very good. It was busy but not noisy at all! Would love to go again!
I am a Caesar salad fanatic and their Caesar is definitely in my top 5. It was a very generous portion as well and it was made right before my eyes. A downtown resident, I frequent this place plenty and for good reason. They have a robust menu with some really tasty and wholesome sandwiches to choose from. The owners are very sweet, too, and obviously care for their business. Highly recommended.
Their feature of the month with spinach and artichoke is to die for. Both ladies there were so friendly and as it was my first time being there, they were very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. I'll for sure be back, thank you!
We saw the reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to try. Best grilled cheese sandwiches ever! Owners were friendly and professional. Restaurant itself was clean and modern. We will be back for certain.
