Let me start out by saying I had a bad experience with Togo's quite awhile ago, (1990's), mainly the cleanliness. Back then, I went into the bathroom and the toilet bowl was full of you know what. I was horrified. A dirty establishment is a directreflection on management, meaning they do not care. There is no way around this or any explanation you can provide me that willchange my mind. I did end up eating here but that was also horrid. Now to your bathroom and the conditions. This was overembarrassing. The toilet bowl was dark with stains and never cleaned. $61 for 3 sandwiches with chips and 2 cups of soup, after waiting over 20 minutes just to order. There was only 4 customers total in the place. We planned on dining in, however the restaurant smelled musty like an old water leak. The women?s restroomwas disgusting, it looked like it hasn?t been cleaned since the beginning of the pandemic. 2 stars because their food wasdelicious or maybe I was just starving.
Let me start by saying Togo's has the Best sandwiches in town. Lots of meat and produce and their bread is always fresh. Mr. Pickles and Subway are NO comparison to Togo's. The staff is very friendly and service is always fast. I always get exactly whatI ordered. I try to go at least once a week. Their app is rewarding. Every $100 spent you get back $10 so that's not bad.
I often find it frustrating when I get interrupted while ordering at other places; it feels rude and throws me off my train of thought. By the end of it, I'm irritated and don't want to return. Thankfully, this Togo's is completely different. It's become my go-to spot when I'm in the mood for something fresh and delicious, whether it's soup, salad, or a sandwich.

Today I went to place an order for 3 sandwiches and I was assisted by a worker named Alix. He was extremely rude and argumentative.
The sub sandwiches here are incredibly delicious, packed with flavor, and loaded with plenty of meat. Definitely a must-try!
The sandwich looks great and is definitely better than Subway, but it doesn't quite match the quality of a homemade one.
Victoria runs the best Togo shop. The staff was friendly and efficient, and every dish we sampled was delightful!

Went for the Monday special, pastrami with drink.
The meat was mostly little pieces, not slices of pastrami.
When Mr. Pickles disappointed us, Togo's came to the rescue. Thank you for providing a great experience!
