When we walked in there was one customer being helped and 3 employees. One was assitsing the customer and we waited to be approached and no one came to us so we ordered our sandwhiches through the cashier. They move REALLY slow. The sandwhiches weremediocre. I usually come here because Togos makes good quality sandwhiches but today was horrible. First it took a whole 10minutes plus to make 3 sandwhiches (cold ones), the table was disgusting which I will add a photo so you can see that no onewipes down the tables. We also bought ice cream and it seems like they are cheaping out on the ice cream quality. I have comehere for years and the quality took a real dive.
The Farmers Market Salads at this Togo's were the worst we've ever had! They were extremely skimpy with all the ingredients—lettuce, feta cheese, croutons—and they even forgot the pepperoncini in my husband’s salad. I ordered mine without pepperoncini, but they left them out of his by mistake. And the spring mix? There was barely any! After 30 years of enjoying salads and sandwiches at other Togo's locations, this was really disappointing. We will not be ordering from this location again.
I ordered food for a company function to feed 22 people at this restaurant. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the staff was very helpful. They even helped me load my order into my vehicle. The owner of the restaurant is wonderful. The Togo's location was very clean, and the best part is that they have a Baskin Robbins ice cream shop attached, so you can enjoy dessert after your meal. Highly recommend!
The cheesesteak sandwich was cold and did not match the advertisement at all. It was lacking in both meat and flavor. The roast beef, turkey, and cheddar sandwich was equally underwhelming, with the meat and cheese carelessly assembled. After just one bite, we decided to throw the sandwiches away. We won’t be returning to this restaurant again.

For at least the third time, I've had to contact DoorDash about this location due to missing items and completely incorrect ingredients. Yesterday, they didn't even include the second sandwich—how do you mess that up? They also advertise chips on their menu, but they never have them in stock. I probably won’t be ordering from this Togo's again.
Still a good place but no one seems to know how to answer a phone tried calling multiple times and no answer I just wanted to know if they had Dutch crunch bread. Just never order online because they will mess up it’s best to order in person. I neverorder online anymore because when I do they mess up every time.
I went to Togo's to place an order at 8:14 pm. The man in the snowy area informed me that the restaurant was already closed. The server came out and confirmed that they closed at 8:00 pm. I mentioned that the website said they closed at 9:00 pm, but they ignored me and continued cleaning, refusing to serve me.
I ordered a meat-free sandwich, but unfortunately, it still had meat in it. The sandwich had just a tiny slice of mushroom and a few pieces of peppers, lacking the onions and jalapenos I requested. Moreover, it seemed like the bread was microwaved, as it turned out quite hard.

I've been a fan of Togo's sandwiches since the 1980s in downtown San Jose. The hot #9 Sandwich was packed with a generous amount of meat and tasted fantastic once again. Thank you, Peter!
In and out even with 1 sandwich maker the other people standing around kinda lost my love for Togos went today out of convince and wasn't disappointed
