So firstly, the food here is OK, but nothing special. However, for €18.90 €10.90 for children) the all you can eat buffet means you won't go hungry. But nothing I ate was especially tasty. Service is adequate although some of the staff didn't really have much idea about what was going on, no one explained the system of ordering food I still don't really understand how it works, and I don't think our waiter understood it much better than me. However, the staff were fairly cheerful and we didn't have to wait too long for food. Menu is very rice/salmon/tuna based without a great variety. Fuimos al restaurante japonés en Tokio Alicante y, aunque es buffet, nos decepcionó bastante. La variedad de platos es muy limitada y muchos solo se pueden pedir una vez, incluso si te gustan mucho. Por ejemplo, el sashimi solo te dejan pedir una ronda más y, sinceramente, la calidad deja mucho que desear. Esto hace que la experiencia sea limitada y poco satisfactoria, especialmente para ser un buffet. Sería recomendable que ampliaran la variedad de platos, mejoraran la calidad del sushi y permitieran repetir libremente los platos favoritos de los clientes.
Hemos ido varias veces y siempre nos ha gustado mucho, excepto ésta última vez, hemos ido a cenar hoy sábado 7 de febrero y no ha podido ir peor, estaba a top, pero eso no es malo, sino el servicio....platos que no llegaban por olvido, platos que venían sin ser pedidos, largas esperas y lo peor la comida, arroz frío, comida sin sabor, hemos ido con otra pareja y creo que no volveremos, una pena. Hemos pagado 113 en total y hemos comido lo justo por lo publicado arriba.
We had a great evening meal here the waitresses were so friendly and they even had a robot deliver the food.We opted for the buffet but you order each item so it is cooked fresh.The quality and variety of tastes were amazing.It is tempting to order too much in one go but I would recommend a bit at a time because it comes quickly and it would be a shame to waste such carefully prepared food

First time we ate here it was bad so gave it another shot a year later and it is still atrocious.....a terrible excuse for Japanese food. I have eaten exquisite Japanese food all over the world and this place sadly misses the mark. It is also extremely overpriced for what you get. Will never go back! Beware!!!
El sitio espectacular, la carta con una gran variedad y han añadido a su plantilla un camarero robot que le encanta a todos los clientes. El precio del buffet adecuado a la calidad. Volvemos sin duda alguna
