We came here because it was closer to where we lived, but I can honestly say I wish I'd driven to West Springfield instead. The environment was dead... The chef seemed like he was overworked (though his technical skills were amazing) and the waitress neverchecked in on us. They sat another company with us and automatically charged the 18% gratuity to our bill despite the fact wewere only a party of 4. I will NOT be going back to this location... If you're going to charge for gratuity, at LEAST provideit!!!! And to add to that, they tried to rush us out of the restaurant... As if they couldn't get us out fast enough! Spending$300 at a restaurant means you should and demand some kind of respec...
