Ate here recently as I was waiting to collect someone from the hospital nearby. I had the turkey carvery, which was quite tasty but at €15.95 a little on the more expensive side for carvery then I was charged an additional €2 for a pint of dilute orange which I thought was a bit much, if i only ordered the drink maybe, but as an accompaniment to a €16 meal was a bit much.
Absolute gem of a place with wonderful staff, delicious carvery and a warm welcoming vibe. Came here with a large group after a Glasnevin funeral and all of our requests, usual and unusual (shout out, tip of the cap and heartfelt thank you to Simona) were met with helpful assistance and smiles all around. If you’re in the area do yourself a favour and stop in.
Nice pub, staff and decent carvery. But this place seems like it could be better. A lot of money spent doing it up but they must have got the Wetherspoons light engineer in to do the lighting. In other words too bright! Good outdoor area also. Doesn't get too many locals unfortunately
We had a delicious Sunday carvery . Our second time to go for Sunday dinner there . The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is top quality and it’s so clean and spacious . We love it , it’s a new regular for us every few weeks . Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Solid food and service but Sunday carvery has gotten way too expensive, for two pieces of meat and some veggies on the side. (per person amount is way more than it says here). Doubt I'll be coming back with the fam...
Absolutely beautiful food, I had the lunch carvery. The porter was just right. Wonderful atmosphere friendly staff and customers.
Food and service were first class. The pub itself has always been immaculate throughout the years.
