Ok, this is no doubt a local landmark hamburger/hotdog spot. The atmosphere is pleasant, local high school sports photos, which is nice. The hamburgers however were terrible, because they were NOT left on the grill long enough and consequently with the lettuce and tomato and pickles were way too SOGGY and NOT enjoyable to eat and not a good flavor since the meat was not cooked long enough. Realizing this as we waited for our buzzer to buzz, I went to the counter and asked them to be sure to keep the burgers on the grill they said they were just being topped and could not put them on longer. I accepted that but should not have. As an aside, the person taking the order Did Not ask how we wante...
There were children working there who clearly did not care about the customers or the quality of the production of the food unfriendly truly unfriendly I know the food would have seen better and I would recommend the place if only there was some type of kindness in the air but it had more the feel of a bunch of uncaring booger picking morons ruin the entire experience of what I remembered at what time Wallace should be.
The only good thing I can say about this restaurant is the shakes are amazing. When I entered the restaurant the first thing I smelled was urine. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries which were greasy and unflavorful. The smell of urine got to me so I tossed most of my meal and drank my shake in the parking lot. The general appearance of the restaurant was dirty. Gross!
Very overpriced for a small chain burger place. $55 for 3 burgers, fries, and 2 medium drinks. Staff was not friendly and made us feel like we were bothering them. The restaurant was clean. Beef was real. Quality was ok. Quantity was terrible. Rootbeer was watery. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Great fast food of above normal quality and quantity. Order at the counter and seat yourself; no tip required. Great classic diner atmosphere. Food a little pricey.
Absolutely the best burgers and root beer you'll ever find! The staff is consistently friendly and always willing to help.
Stopped here on my trip to Niagara Falls. Food was great, service was quick, and the building was very clean!
