Tomas is truly the most remarkable chef you will ever meet. He is incredibly kind and attentive, genuinely listening to your vision for any event, whether big or small. We hosted my daughter's intimate birthday party here last night, and he crafted a custom menu for us that featured the most amazing brisket. Our feast included garlic broccoli, baked beans, Caesar salad with creamy balsamic vinaigrette, scalloped potatoes, coleslaw, pickled cucumbers, macaroni and cheese, and so much more. Tomas is the most incredible cook you'll ever meet. He is so friendly, cares and listens to everything you need for small or large events. We had my daughters intimate birthday party here last night and he made a custom menu for us with the most incredible brisket he made us. We had garlic broccoli, baked beans, caesar and creamy balsamico vinaigrette, scaled potatoes, coke cream, cucumbers, Mac and cheese and so much more. Everything was TO THE FOR. My second time here. Perfection. Flavor. Service. Experience. Chef helped make something special for my picky eater son. BBQ is out of this world, so are the little plates (Tapas) Drove 90 minutes each way to enjoy the restaurant, well worth it!!!
I am very picky. The food and the drinks here at Tomas were all excellent. Legitimately one of my favorite places in Dutchess County to relax where I'll get consistently good food. The flavors are complex and on-the-money!
Delicious food! The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. The bartenders are fantastic! The crème brûlée is the absolute best I’ve ever had! I visit at least once or twice a week and I'm always satisfied!
