Service The service was outstanding. We absolutely adored our server Rumer. She was positive, friendly, outgoing and efficient. Her energy made for an excellent dining experience! Great vibes all around! Atmosphere We were here on a slower afternoon so there weren’t many patrons. I really enjoyed the open air dining and quiet peaceful energy of the space. Today my daughter and I went to Tommy Bahama-Wailea and had the best lunch experience. Our server Rumor was SO sweet, knowledgeable of the menu, and very attentive. Her smile lit up the restaurant and her great vibes really elevated our experience. We had the World famous Coconut Shrimp which is always super yummy. I also tried the blue lump crab bisque and it was probably the best bisque I've ever had. The filet mignon tacos were a bit over loaded with the fillings of guacamole and a corn-creme, though my daughter still enjoyed them. First time at Tommy Bahama Maui, but we've been to many others. This one has the same great food...mahi tacos and coconut shrimp are favorites. Their mai tais are excellent, but for some reason they don't offer the frozen version, which is my favorite. Atmosphere was bright and upbeat and service was outstanding.
A great casual dining spot. We have dined there three times in the past 3 weeks. The wait staff is incredibly well trained in great service and have all been personable. The guitar players add to the atmosphere. The food is consistently good and reasonably priced for Maui. I’m sure we will go back.
