As we were relocating across Canada, with a km road trip, we were dreading the drive-thrus and takeout meals stretching ahead of us along the Trans Canada Highway. On our first night out we arrived in Sudbury. The management of this restaurant more than...rose to the occasion! They provided us with a set of metal cutlery, two China dinner plates and cloth napkins, on which to eat our dinner. When I offered to return them the next morning, they insisted that we keep them to use along our trip. The Caesar Salad, which we both had, was more than ample in size, garnished with prosciutto ham crisps, and had the perfect lemon aioli dressing.
