The food is absolutely delicious, and the customer service is generally excellent, except for one staff member. I think her name is Ana; she has multiple piercings and some tattoos and usually works the morning or afternoon shift. I visited on June 3, 2022, at 1:45 PM and placed a phone order. When we arrived to pick it up, she accidentally handed us someone else's order and charged us for it as well. She was quite rude when we tried to clarify the mix-up. Her demeanor was very unprofessional—she was gesturing wildly, rolling her eyes, and displayed a poor attitude. She even claimed not to know the supervisor's name. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The fries were cooked perfectly, and the burgers were juicy. They didn't hold back on the extra Thousand Island sauce, which was great! The customer service was excellent. I ordered the family pack that included 4 burgers, 4 fries, and 4 drinks for just $37.
Great customer service, very clean atmosphere. The food was delicious ? Parking: Do not enter through where the drive thruw is at because if there's a lot of cars waiting to place their order, you will get stuck to drive in
Good quality service good food and tasted great ... Good customer service will manner smile clean clothes everything I loved it but you know about the restaurant and about the people that work there

I order a chicken avocado by itself in the drive thru and paid $10.48 and they took like 30 min to make the food and still got charge 55 cents for using my debit card what a theft.
The burger special were good and the hot boneless wings were fire an don't forget the ranch was pretty good too. I'll recommend.
