Rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and unkind! I politely asked him a question, and he was glued to his phone, completely ignoring me as if I weren't a paying customer. How can you think it's acceptable to scroll on your phone and then turn around to serve food with the same hands? He actually told me that he didn’t have to speak to me while I was simply inquiring about payment. I didn't ask for personal information, just a straightforward question related to the service, and he responded in a really unpleasant manner. I'm shocked. I don't know what led to his behavior, but he seriously needs a lesson in good customer service. How could you behave this way?!
This is a great spot for a quiet meal where you can enjoy your food without interruptions. The pizzas are delicious, while the chicken is just average. Overall, the food is good. The lasagna might not be gourmet, but it’s flavorful, which is what really matters. The staff is bilingual, and both the dining area and kitchen are clean. I definitely recommend this place!
All the staff are always very nice and smile. The food is consistent and much better than other pizza nova locations. The owner always says hello and remembers his customers, very happy ordering from them
The staff member takes orders, handles cash, and then prepares the pizza dough and serves the food. Personally, I prefer not to touch my food after handling money; I usually wash my hands first.

Their bake Ziti has a very nasty taste and after taste I threw the food out what a waste of 30 dollars I gave them a shot. bigggg mistake I hope I don't get sick
Sharply stating "No bikes allowed" was the welcome I received upon entering Toms, with my preferred method of transportation.
This is a simple pizza spot, good prices and fast delivery. Reminds me of mom's and pop's pizza spots in Milano, Italy.
