This place is like Chipotle, except ten times better. They have imo, the BEST hard shell shredded beef tacos in all of SoCal. You can customize it with their fresh ingredients and salsas any way you like, you can even have all sauces on the side too if you like. Literally, everything on the menu that they serve is delicioso. Puffy tacos, soft tacos, nacho plates, the sides like spanish rice, pinto or refried beans, its all very fresh and the flavor is popping. The only downside to Tom's is that they only have one location, but still it's worth the trip to La Mirada if you're in the North OC/South LA county area. I have been there twice; both times the beans and rice had too much salt. The young man taking orders always looks annoyed; I was reluctant to ask for anything else because it felt like I was bothering him with every request. The second, and last time Iwent, I ordered the wet burrito, it was so dry, nothing like it's shown in the picture ????and the red sauce was hardly edible.Oh, and they're very stingy with the trimmings . If you ask for sour cream, they just put a thin swirl of it????
So freaking good! I had them for the first time at el rancho high for 4th of July 2022 and I couldn?t get over their amazing prices and the taste of food! Not to mention you get guacamole and cheese in your burritos without having to pay extra?? Umm yesplease! I just ordered again from the and had 2 shredded beef hard shell tacos man those things were big and delicious! Defrecommend.
I love their food up til recently. Now they are telling me I HAVE TO HAVE RICE in the food. No one is going to tell me what to eat. If that is going to go on, I will NEVER eat there again. My husband really enjoys this place. The food is tasty, but it can get quite warm inside. The space is a bit small, but they do have TVs showing sports, which is nice. I appreciate supporting local businesses. We will definitely return!
Amazing smell with cool prices for food. Clean restroom, nice staff. You could also see them make your food from where you order. I ate chili fries and they came out really good and yummy
The portions are so generous. For the price point and food quality this place is a must. Customer service is always top notch, they get people in and out and the line moves fast.

They are one of the best Mexican fast food/ dine in restaurants i have ever been to. And the food is beyond delicious. PS try there tri tip burritos.
