Tomyam Thaikitchen Restaurant

I discovered this fantastic restaurant at random, when I visited Linz. Since this day, this restaurant was getting one of my favorites. Stuff is very friendly like it's tipical for Asia. The big choice of meals could be a challenge for a "first timer" ;), but therefore everyone finds his favorite taste! I already brought friends to TomYam's and all of them confirmed my opinion of this restaurant! Only the strong smell of incense sticks needs getting used to.

Das Essen Tom Yum war köstlich und preiswert. Der Service war trotz der Sprachkenntnisse recht freundlich. Ich hatte ein grünes Curry, das eine nette kleine Würze und einen großartigen, kräftigen Geschmack hatte. Mein Mann hatte Pad Thai, auch sehr lecker. Wenn Sie ein Reisender sind und kein Deutsch sprechen oder lesen, ist das kein Problem: Es gibt eine Speisekarte auf Englisch.

Tom Yam ist ein kleines Lokal, das sehr angenehm eingerichtet ist. Ich habe das Buffet nicht ausprobiert, aber die Menüpunkte waren gut, ich habe thailändische Knödel, Masaman-Curry und thailändischen Eistee genossen. Wir konnten ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen, aber aufgrund der Beliebtheit und der verfügbaren Tische ist es besser, an geschäftigen Abenden zu reservieren.

Not a bad little restaurant serving Thai food. Not the cheapest place in town but nevertheless pretty good if you are in the mood for this type of cooking. Occasionally gets quite busy and you may have to book at peak times...which is always a good sign Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Went there hungry on weekdays night. It was 22:40 already (they close at 23:00.) Luckily they were superfriendly and fast and so i got a wonderful pad thai (rice noodles, vegetables, egg, peanut.) Delicious!

OK, although nothing special in regards to my experience of Thai restaurants and similar worldwide. Although if in the mood for Thai then the place to go in Linz.

Extensive menu with reasonable prices. Fast service by friendly staff. They have lots of reservations so good to be planning ahead. Recommended!

We didn't like food. Dishes were small and food wasnt't so delicious that we are used to eat in thai restaurants.

Serves decent food and hot means Thai hot so beware. Tend to have at least one visit here when I'm in town.
