EXTRAORDINARY ! In Georgia, all dishes are served at the same time and cold and hot starters, stews and grills are shared. The grills come out of the Toné, a barbecue oven built by the father of the extraordinary family who runs this exceptional place. Arriving too late, we were only able to see the giant skewers cooked for 30 to 45 minutes in this magical cauldron. Regardless, the rolled eggplants, cheese mushrooms and meat pie filled our eyes and our hearts with happiness. It's not food that you will find on your plates but rather love. All this served with a gentleness, kindness and simplicity that one might have thought had disappeared from this world. I only have one regret of course, n...
