EXTRAORDINARY ! In Georgia, all dishes are served at the same time and cold and hot starters, stews and grills are shared. The grills come out of the Toné, a barbecue oven built by the father of the extraordinary family who runs this exceptional place. Arriving too late, we were only able to see the giant skewers cooked for 30 to 45 minutes in this magical cauldron. Regardless, the rolled eggplants, cheese mushrooms and meat pie filled our eyes and our hearts with happiness. It's not food that you will find on your plates but rather love. Unbelievable surprise! we had never tasted Georgian cuisine and we had no idea what to expect. first good sign: it would seem, given the language spoken in the restaurant by some customers that there were Georgians who ate there and it is always a good pledge of authenticity and quality of the kitchen. As we knew nothing, we decided to ask our waitress for advice. and we can say that we were not disappointed: it was a gustative journey in unknown countries with a special mention for the ravioli and meat brochettes to share. We had a good night with our friends. We've never eaten Georgian and I think it wasn't the last time I'm sure. all the dishes were tasty. one finds a bit the taste of asie and the west yet he had nothing to see because each dish was unique in its kind.
