I placed an order over the phone and the attendant informed me that it would take 50 minutes for delivery. After 60 minutes the snack had not arrived, I called the restaurant where I was informed that the attendant had told me the wrong waiting time, and that in fact the time was 1h30. I didn't even receive an apology, very disrespectful towards the customer, if I had known it was 1:30 am I wouldn't have asked because there were hungry children at home. When the snacks arrived, after 40 minutes of delay, the breads were very wet, they had probably been left in the Styrofoam for a long time and the snack sauce soaked the breads, making them terrible to eat, falling apart and with a bad taste....
