My brother recommended this chain restaurant as he believed that it would be the same as the others he had visited. Boy was he wrong. He had the ribs (signature dish), there was minimal meat, extra charges for possibly the smallest helping of coleslaw in the universe at €1.50! although the menu wait staff implied that it was included with the ribs. My steak was listed as Sirloin (a specific cut of meat) but what I got was definitely not Sirloin at a guess it was probably a hunk of round steak, which was ok but not what was ordered. So the place is ok for a meal. We had a burger , ribs and a children meal chicken nuggets. Burger just right, I don't think you can go wrong having a burger at any restaurant. Chicken nuggets made out of real chicken breast so that's great. But would be great if they could offer a cucumber or tomatoes with the meal. Ribs £20 totally meatless, M&S ribs for £5 have more meat than this would not recommend to anyone ! We had ribs for £20 in England and the meat was falling off the bone. Very disappointed. Service very slow, not very friendly staff. I ordered a veggie burger and Hubby ordered a burger to be cooked ‘well done’. My food came out... very greasy. Hubbys burger came out RAW inside, cremates outside. Advised waiter, he took it back and another burger came out 15 minutes later exactly the same. We complained again, the Manager came over and said how do you expect it to be cooked well done when the meat is this thick! Needless to say we declined the offer of a 3rd attempt... Really would suggest you eat else where... not good at all. I would rate this as 0.
