went for apps and drinks during the happy hour. some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Eating was good and drinks were somewhat weak, but the main thing was that the restaurant was heavily underused and the workers could not manage a lot of tables. we had to stay for a few minutes after we had finished eating to wait for our sack. we were clearly not the only ones who were unhappy with the speed of the service, as we noticed that other groups left before the order due to the slow tempos. the management was quite rude to us and the waitresses. we will not return.

we have been there for years, but from this last experience we will never come back. no one in the restaurants, bad service, we were no longer coleslaw (which is a basic standard when eating ribs in this restaurant) because of a busy night in the restaurant said! it was almost empty. this restaurant will probably close soon. That was bad.

I frequently visit this amazing restaurant because I enjoy the unique atmosphere it offers. The staff is very attentive and well-trained, providing impressively fast service. The quality of the food is exceptionally good, and I have always been enthusiastic about my visits. The prices are fair, so I highly recommend this restaurant.

Had to send back the ribs. Dry overcooked. Service was horrible. Had to keep looking for the waitress. Was a special occasion so very disappointed. First and last time we will visit this restaurant. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I had made reservation and they just sat us in a dark area.. I did not appreciated that. I have had better ribs.. before.. lacking flavor and tenderness.. Waiter was not that attentive..

Great food for the price. Must have been short staffed though because most of our service was through bartender. He was great, but someone else should have stepped up to be server.

st. louis ribs were delicious. fall the bone and very tasty. short ribs were also good, service was good. decent wine list. food at the price.
