We order from Tony’s all the time but today may be our last time and it’s not because of the food, it is because of the rude young woman who answers the phone. The employee told me that the delivery will take 40 minutes, however they never take that long they usually come very quickly. All we ordered was a cold turkey sub and chicken fingers. I called to make sure there were no issues with the delivery and stated it has been an hour since I called to place the order. The young woman on the phone said “actually it hasn’t been over an hour, we said 40 minutes”. Okay yes that is why I am calling because it has been an hour and I never said it has been “over an hour”. How rude!
I ordered a Mini Buffalo chicken cheese steak with fried onions, mild hot sauce and for desert a chocolate fudge cake which was actually the yummiest part of the meal. The cheese steak had NO BUFFALO SAUCE and I'm guessing BBQ Sauce with the Mild hot sauce. It tasted like BBQ pulled chicken. So now my biggest issue, there was BARLEY ANY CHICKEN in each piece of roll. It was literally only 2 bites of chicken without the roll. So 4 tiny bites of chicken on a Minnie roll. I wish I could post a picture of the meal so my whole thing is $15 for what I received should have only costed about $8.50.
I have ordered numerous items from here but I have to warn anyone who is expecting a Grandma pizza, there's is not, it's basically just a thick sicilian with way too much cheese and a bit overpriced, $26.65 for delivery before tip, and no toppings, a traditional Grandma pizza is a thin crust square pizza with sauce and cheese sporadically, so I suggest just a regular sicilian or a round pie.
I have ordered from them 3 times over past 6 months today was my last visit. I ordered turkey Reuben wrap, simple order picked it up oh it smelled awful like trash!! I took it back, can't imagine anyone ordering this. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Best wing sauce around. Little sweet and spicy. Pizza is decent but dip it in the sauce and it’s an 8.5 out of 10.Wings are always cooked well with a nice crisp.
Delivery took forever. They told me 35-40 mins and we waited over an hour. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Food was cold and driver showed no remorse.
The pizza was delivered so fast! Our delivery driver Alexsi was sooo nice and didn’t seem rushed at all. Great service and amazing pizza!
