I ordered from Tony Soprano’s in Westville this evening and needless to say the service was HORRIBLE!!! My family and I have given this restaurant business for several years even after they inflated their prices since COVID-19 began. I ordered 10 wings, onion rings and a chicken sandwich which came to $32. The person that answered the phone appeared to have been leaving out important information pertaining to my request so one of the managers jump on the phone and advised that they have the order. When I hung up the phone I told my husband that I was concerned that the order was not going to be correct because they were very short with me and would not allow me to explain my request. I recently visited this restaurant post-covid and was pleasantly surprised by the improved ambiance. I believe one of the staff members, possibly a manager, was especially helpful during my visit. There were two new employees in training that day, and I regret not remembering their names. Despite the disappointment of the price increase on the 4.25 special due to covid, the pizza itself was still one of the best I've had in my 47 years. The staff member who explained the changes to me was very kind and provided excellent customer service. I felt like more than just a customer - I was treated like a person. I highly recommend this location for their fantastic pizza and great service.
I had a super great experience here! The food was delicious and I encourage you all to buy some of that wing sauce! We stopped here to get a bite on our way somewhere else and was delighted to indulge in a few sandwiches. The mob pics on the wall triggered t.v. nostalgia mixed with a little jersey pride. I ordered a classic cheesesteak with some sides. It was good. The owner came over and greeted us and asked us to try a healthy sample of the sauce. We were not disappointed! The staff were engaging and knowledgeable and we left satisfied.
The staff at this restaurant is amazing! I have been a regular customer since 2003 and I have never been disappointed. Even during the busiest times, like the Super Bowl, the staff remained patient and the food always came out great. The dishes always taste delicious and the prices are reasonable. Being a customer at this restaurant is always a pleasure, as the customer service is excellent and the food is consistently amazing. Keep up the great work! Let me put it this way I live a quarter of a mile away from tonino's 4 miles away from Sopranos it is more than worth the drive to go to Sopranos to get good pizza excuse me great pizza not only is the food good but the service is excellent and out of this world Tony thank you for making such a great pizza and for being around for over 30 years you have more than certainly made a great name for yourself and you will continue to have me as a customer
My experience today at the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered hot wings mixed in butter garlic sauce, but instead I received dry wings with a small amount of butter and garlic that were not spicy. When I called to complain, they asked for a photo of the wings. After sending it, they informed me that the owner would give me 5 free wings next time. I had paid for 10 wings, so I felt frustrated and will not be returning to this restaurant.
The wings were great as always. But the female older lady that answered the phone seem either over worked or just rude. Prices are higher then usual. Complimentary blue cheese is now being charged. However, the delivery guy was fast so he got himself a great tip.

Wonderful service! Ordered their pizza on Slice and it was ready within 15 minutes. Pickup was quick and easy, and the pizza was delicious. Thank you Tony's!
