My family struck out on our two favorite pre-show spots last night and were looking for *anything* to eat before our show at the Fisher. My fiancé picked Tony V 's because of its proximity to the Fisher and off we went. We noticed the lack of staff right away, and they were decently busy. A frazzled waitress (the ONLY waitress stopped by immediately to give us menus and water and told us she would be back to take our drink orders. It was a decent wait, but she was back and gladly took our app order, too. She let us know they had 2 no-shows that night and she was on her own, so we dug out our patience. I recently had the pleasure of ordering a sandwich and chicken strips from a local restaurant and I have to say, they were absolutely delicious.The sandwich was made with freshly baked bread and filled with tender, juicy slices of ham, turkey, and bacon, topped with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a special sauce that brought all the flavors together. The bread was perfectly toasted, giving it a crispy texture that was the perfect complement to the savory fillings. First time here and fell in love with it. Sat outside on their little patio area. Food was delicious, generous serving size, decent prices and a 10 for presentation! Our waiter was the best and took excellent care of us. Will definitely be back and I’m so happy we discovered this little hidden gem! Oh and as we were leaving, Tony himself came out to make sure we liked our salads! 10/10 for this place!
Do not sleep on this hidden bar! The food is CRAZY GOOD! The service is amazing and so friendly. I would eat here every day if I could. And omg the prices! So so reasonable. Check out the $2 off burger and fries on Tuesday. Honestly wish influencers would come to spots like this that deserve to be blown up. We had the best time at Tony V’s! We stopped in today on a Saturday for dinner! Lamika was our server and she was PHENOMENAL! Sometimes people just make you feel at home even when you aren’t from Michigan. We had garlic parm wings, a BBQ chicken pizza, chicken quesadilla, and sweet potato fries! Tony didn’t disappoint! We highly recommend and make sure you ask for Lamika! ?
Thanks Eddie your customer service was superb, the food was delicious and hot. I had a house salad, onion rings, New York Strip Steak and French fries. My daughter had Quesadillas, Grilled Chicken Breast, house salad and French fries. It was seasoned to perfection. We had Arnold Palmer's to drink. I will return !!!Food: 5/5
Tony V's never let me down. This was the very first restaurant I went to in Detroit. Wide range of bar food. Tony is hella nice and comes around to speak to everyone- which is a nice touch. There's a lot of food/drink specials depending on the day. The outside veranda is nice on summer days. I go here for comfort food.
Food was alright, cheese on the nacho was waxy, low quality. The drinks were wack, and cost was higher than giraffe bussy. If you have to order doubles to taste hornitos and they're $10 a shot something someone's compensating. Won't be back.Food: 3/5 Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I usually love the spinach Alfredo pizza but they literally just threw my spinach on top today ? it’s not cooked at all.
