I did appreciate the cleanliness of the work area. It was nice to see that the cashier was handling money and serving the pizza using tongs rather than bare hands. I've been to too many pizza places where that's not the case. While this may not be my first choice for pizza, it was conveniently located when my daughter requested pizza on the way home, so we decided to give it a try. She was definitely happy with her choice!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The wings were a 1/10, the pizza was a 0/10, and the pasta was also a 0/10. Everything was terrible, and I didn't even receive what I ordered. The service was just as bad. Honestly, even my deceased and blind grandmother could have prepared better food, and that wouldn’t even be a comparison. I really hope this place shuts down.
Oh my goodness, I didn't take any pictures of the food because after eating the pasta I ordered, I actually threw up. When I was getting more pasta from the container, I noticed a small black object in it, and when I went to serve my daughter, I realized it was a burnt black mosquito. I will never eat from this place again. Food: 1, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 2.
Used to go frequently when Tony owned it (RIP) and always enjoyed. So my unpleasant experience is the owner coughing while making the pizza, Not in his elbow and not wearing a mask. I went again months later and same thing coughing all in the air over the ingredients and the prices have increased (understandable) but I won't be going back. The restaurant misrepresents their promotional offer for specialty pizzas, claiming you can get one at full price and the second at half price. However, when it comes time to pay, they fail to apply the discounts. Additionally, the pizza itself is disappointing—greasy and unappetizing—and the bread is subpar.
I placed three orders through the app, and my total came to $16.25. However, I received three dry pieces of pizza. If I had expected that kind of quality, I could have just ordered a medium pizza for $14.25 instead. I won't be using the app again, and I do not recommend it.
