As usual, the food and service was top notch. The noise level was unbearable. The restaurant apparently gets a great deal of play from large pharmaceutical groups. Our deuce was nestled between three groups of twelve. The server from the one group had to shout the specials to the point of being easier to understand than my wife sitting across from me. Top Cut has been our go to restaurant for birthdays, anniversaries etc. We faced the same large group problem in February during our previous visit. Regrettably we will not be going back.
It was my first visit to TC and it was amazing. Scenic views accompanied by some outstanding cuisine, which was prepared perfectly. The start of oysters on a half shelf and a grilled caesar salad was a nice light beginning to the main event of NY strip with their version on mashed potatoes. The handcrafted cocktails and wine enhanced the entire experience and I look forward to my next visit. Hats off to Justin for top quality service.
server was perfect. my steak was good-some red for medium, but I didn't send back. order it a la oscar that I thought was a little expensive- $25 extra, but it was a good quality crab and a great tasty. celebrate our jubilee and the carrot cake is the best of all time! the mac and the cheese were something too salty. a great pleasure.

This is a top shelf restaurant with top notch food, service and atmosphere. The steaks and scallops were excellent. The cheesecake divine. Great drinks and excellent selection of wines. Top Notch experience.
kellner was excellent. I sat wrong dressing. steak was so fat and full of grumbs. the smeared nuts had lemon on them. not a good combination
Great anniversary night out. Service and food is always top notch the complimentary carrot cake at the end was a nice touch!!
