We were staying at the Delawana Resort and looked up restaurants nearby for lunch. There weren’t many options for a nicer dining experience that was within a 5 ish minute drive but we looked at Top of the Cove and it looked like our best...option. It ended up being one of our best experiences! The menu had so many dishes we would have loved to have tried, it was difficult to decide. We dined there a few weeks ago with another couple. When we arrived we were greeted by our server and asked to be seated on the deck outside. We received our drinks quickly and proceeded to order some appetizers to share. We had the calamari...and a caesar salad to start and both were excellent. I ordered the burger and my wife ordered the fish and chips. The burger was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The fries were crisp and yummy. I recently dined at South Bay Yacht Haven and decided to try the recommended Top of the Cove Wine and Dine for dinner. I was impressed from the moment I arrived and was greeted with friendly smiles and excellent hospitality. We started with a variety of appetizers including kale Caesar salad, chicken nuggets, and a flatbread, all of which were delicious. Our main dishes, including the special Bacon Carbonara with added chicken breast, were equally amazing. The dish was flavorful and piping hot, and I hope it becomes a regular menu item. this is a first-class restaurant with delicious meals with specialities such as daily suppers, main courses and desserts. These are all served in a large dining room with views of the bay and all moored yachts. also a large open side deck is comfortably furnished...from the main restaurant with the same view and eat . However, I found the wee too expensive through the glass for 6 ounces.
I had a great lunch at Maple Canadian Pub, which now has three locations, including the original in Midland. I enjoyed the fish and chips while my dining companion had the braut, with enough left over for her dinner. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with a terrace overlooking the marina. I definitely plan to return.
As the title suggests, we recently dined at a Maple Canadian Pub and had a wonderful meal. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the terrace overlooking the bay/Marina provided a relaxed atmosphere. We highly recommend The Maple Canadian Pub to everyone.
I ordered the beet salat with goat cheese, pears and baby spinat for my dinner. I've got a bowl of goat cheese in the round. it was returned and I was not offered an alternative, let us fix it. very disappointed.
Great new chef, fresh homemade food and an incredible place to stay for the summer. Great staff and amazing views. Lake of bays on tap and a cool cocktail list. Looking forward to our next meal.
It’s a nice 20 minute trip to a deck with a tree going through it. Great view of the marina and bay. Food is the best in the area and everyone can find something they’d like.
