I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this pizza place. The owners lack communication skills and failed to understand my needs, resulting in a late delivery of the pizza I ordered. When it finally arrived, the pizza was stuck to the box and had a foul smell. Despite taking full payment, the delivery driver refused to take responsibility for the issue. I returned the pizza and disposed of the remaining items. I am considering reporting this incident to the relevant authorities as I was a loyal customer who feels let down by the current management. My friend order 2 medium pizza one is veggie hot and chicken pizza with customisation after 45 mins We received order which is misplaced with 2 chicken pizza immediately I called to the staff but he was very rude in talking . We were after something quick and simple to eat, We checked the just eat app and found this place, We got the party pack 3x12 pizzas, They delivered to Premier inn bath road, Friendly motorbike driver delivered to the hotel. Nothing to moan about we all enjoyed the pizzas we ordered.
The pizza at this restaurant is amazing and the service is incredibly fast. I would highly recommend it to others. The food tastes delicious and there is a wide variety of menu items to choose from.
