o restaurant da chef mara salles e garantia de comida brasileira sem inventions. é o melhor da culinária nacional com elementos que, muitas vezes, vem de menor produtores u de Estados distant para garantir autenticidade do prato. os mais prestigiados chefs internacionais, quando vem a são paulo, passam por ali to conhecer nossa food. cups and breads. pode começar com um tacacá, prato do pará, feito de tucupi (primeira foto.) depois, pode pedirle um peixe do Norte u uma panelinha de camarões com chuchu (second photo) u um peixe (terceira foto.) mas, se preferir, pode order um barreado, prato do paraná. u ainda um feijão tropeiro de minas, com costlinha de porco. isso sem falar no cuscuz pauli...
Loved it! Started with the 'Caldinho de Feijão ' along with the 'Tacacá ' and an Eisenbahn Weisenbeer, it worked quite well. I had an assortment of Brazilian foods, including the 'cururú ' and the 'three Amazonian icecreams ' for desert. Curiously enough, all tables around mine were speaking English. It seems to me that the typical Brazilian is missing out on the experience by favoring other cuisines. What a mind boggling paradox! : That is why I am posting this review in English.
Não é à toa que este lugar e a cozinha da Mara Salles são uma unanimitye. Decoração, música, atendimento, carápio, tudo faz parte de uma obra de arte cuja beleza de completa na maravilha dos pratos. Cozinha brasileira carefully deliver com muita sofisticação, mas muito verdadeira, profunda e rica. Savoury mute, all ingredients in impeccable textures. E o serviço é um dos melhores que já vi em salões por aí.
quando fue pela primeira vez, a memória merrastou para alguma aula de hystoria no ginásio. for mim, até então tordesilhas era o nome daqueletreat maroto entre portugueses e espanhóis. more or tordesilhas é também um fabulous restaurant. tem cozinha brasileira de verdade, sem folclore, nem afetação. tem a mara salles, equally sem afetação e minha amigo. e ainda tem pimenta boa! I was ontem e tive uma experiência excellent! Atendimento muito atteniosa, os garçons de fato understoodam dos pratos. O menu degustação estava impecável! Caipirinha e cerveja muito boa. It's worth every penny.
A gem, really enjoyed my experience there. The decor is on the simpler side but the food is amazing. Cost is reasonable compared to other similar restaurants in SP. Between moderate and expensive.
Wonderful. Camarão pastries, Moqueca Capichaba and Bobó de Camarão. Vou voltar to experience outros pratos. Or serviço e muito bom.
