For the premium price, I was disappointed. Ordered P03 Rare Beef and Well Done Beef (Phở Tái Nạm). The rare beef arrived way overcooked. So the very opposite of rare. I love going here for their pad Thai and cold desserts. It's a bit on the pricey side but I don't mind. This plaza is always a disaster to find parking in (people drive kinda crazy and parking can be very limited at certain point throughout the day). I don't mind supporting this business. It's modern and has delicious foods.

I ordered with Uber eats... it is 3km away and it tool 1h to get my food. Then what is supposed to be chicken seemed like tofu to me; and they are not generous with shrimps. The only positive was the smoothie. Oh and it was $70 total for my order for 1 person... what a value for money; just horrible
I usually don’t add reviews but this was necessary. Probably one of the worst pho places I’ve ever been to. The food was horrible and the staff were extremely rude. If you can avoid this place, DO IT.
TBH this is one of the worst pho restos I've been. In terms of food and flavour lacking.Only two people working front of house so service was very slow. Their spring rolls fried overpriced to the max.
