On August 17, 2024, around 4 PM, my fiancé and I were simply ignored while he assisted other customers instead. The other ladies working there noticed his behavior but didn't say anything; they were kind and helpful to others, which made the situation even more awkward. We left feeling upset and embarrassed, as we had only intended to order a wedding cake. I hope you can address this issue with him, as it was disheartening to be treated this way.

I absolutely love their chocolate chews, maple pecan cookies, and cinnamon raisin rolls. The chocolate chews are always a hit wherever I take them. My friends often ask me, "Where did you get these cookies?" and my answer is always, "At Torrance Bakery!"
