Visited twice whilst in Brighton and first time was ok but think false advertisement of end product for the money. Tacos are not tacos they are 3 mini tortilla’s. Have to pay extra for beef 80p (which is ridiculous for minimal serving) and other toppings such as cheese sauce and guacamole. Second time visit was dreadful only half a scoop guacamole and when asking to put more on to make a proper portion they charged double for this! Customer service was rubbish, looked like we were a problem and couldn’t wait to get rid of us! Not impressed at all. They didn’t come and clean tables both visits subsequently flies! Oh if your vegetarian be careful as everything drips over different containers!...
I don't even know where to begin with this restaurant. The interior was dirty and the music was so loud that it made it difficult to place an order. The staff member who took my order rang it up before I had a chance to order for the other three people with me, and didn't even ask if there was anything else we wanted. They seemed more interested in upselling us on extra items without being transparent about the cost. I kept having to ask if something was extra, and it always was. The food itself was soggy and lacked flavor. The service was unfriendly, bordering on rude, and the whole experience was a huge disappointment. To top it off, the toilets were incredibly dirty. My husband and I sometimes drive down to Brighton after work to walk the dog down the front and always grab a burrito to eat on the walk back to the car! Food is always delicious. Last week when we visited I left some newly purchased make up on the counter and didn’t realise until I was home. I called Tortilla that night who said they had it safe asked me to ring back a few days later when manager was in. Called back and spoke to Emese who very kindly agreed to post it out to me to save hour or so drive back. I thought this was really kind if her and fab customer service I hust had to share! Awful. Food tasted awful and cold. Ordered two cheese sauces and what looked like an empty already used single cheese pot arrived. Rang staff to rectify problem and they in no way wanted to help and told us they can’t fix the order however they could’ve rang a driver to drop out our correct order and chose not to. The person I spoke to had no manners and gave zero and I mean zero care about what happened. Avoid avoid as this isn’t the first time we’ve had a situation like this with them!

The staff at this restaurant need to improve their manners and hygiene. I was surprised to find the place empty at lunchtime. I thought it was my lucky day, but it turned out to be the opposite. I recommend going to the Gatwick branch instead, as it is much better. I will not be returning to this location again.
I was greeted by the most disinterested of servers. He initially barked at me but I couldn't hear what he said. When I asked him to repeat it, he rolled his eyes at .e a d barked at me again asking what rice I wanted. This performance was repeated with the customer behind me. Lovely food, appalling service.
I came here for a quick snack before attending an event at Brighton Centre. I ordered the Chicken Burrito which was fast but very tasty. It's fast food with a Mexican twist. Very enjoyable.

Welcomed by rude staff to start. Ordered a pork burrito and have been throwing up for 7hours straight. Thank you for one of the worst days of my life
I only ordered the burrito and was sooooo delicious. So juicy and flavorful. The tacos and nachos looks yammy, will try them next time
