The experience we had at Tortilla in Wimbledon was completely disappointing and has made me never want to have Mexican food again. The service was absolutely terrible. The problem began when they weren't able to provide certain items on the menu. Secondly 2 members of staff including the person who took my payment treated me and my family with disregard. They lacked customer service skills and basic empathy for that matter and made us feel bad and abit stressed in a situation which they did not explaining the difference in Nachos to us. The person's name on the Receipt was George. Highly doubt I would be returning.
a great lunch place. a burrito with a drink and a snack to share comes at £10 per person. the burritos are freshly cooked. there are about 10-15min waiting time. they can place the order on their website in advance and simply come to collect or have it when it is almost finished. the churros were hard and overly sweet. not recommended and will not order it again. other than that, everything is great and will come back when a quick lunch is needed.
Member of staff being rude to customers and colleagues. Sandy is Clearly a supervisor who isn't very good at her job, unable to lead without shouting at other staff members when they asked any questions. Honestly none of the staff looked happy or like they wanted to be there being spoken to like dirt. Food is good of course but I don't think we will return to store.
one of the best tortillas in london who are staffing super friendly: fortunately his local. kasia made the best rolled burrito I ever had at tortilla last night, it was well packed and the juices were all tightly enclosed. thanks to the manager who ensured that I could get my burrito this day - thank you!
Delicious Buritos. Good selection of toppings. I've had the pulled beef and pulled pork which is delicious but a bit messy to eat. Load of juices. A little bit pricy but I think the quality is worth the money. Never too busy and staff friendly enough.
Nice burrito, pork for 7.75 with guacamole. A fair bit quieter, and slightly more upmarket than Taco Bell just around the corner. Will go again especially as I now have a free main from joining loyalty club.
this is my favorite place for a large hearty packaging. I forgot to bring money, but the beautiful dame behind the switch let me transfer to her account and wrap my and my daughter
I love eating here. I tried the vegetarian nachos and vegetarian rice bowl. it was delicious. this place is also reasonable and worth. definitely recommend.
