The food and service at Tosca is absolutely amazing. We went there during a business day (for locals) and had a fantastic lunch and great wine with the family. I highly recommend Tosca to anyone visiting the Champs-Elysees area.
excellent Italian restaurant in the 8th service, eating, wein offers all 5 stars. my French is not so good yet, but our waiter was happy to work with us and practice our French. risotto is not to be missed.
Wonderful experience, The food and service was outstanding and thanks to the talented Mr. Gauthier we were able to taste excellent Italian wines ????
