Everything was great, except for the cashier who had a really bad attitude. He didn't make us feel welcome at all when we arrived. However, being from Maracaibo, his rudeness didn’t bother me too much, and I was able to relax. The waitress who took care of us was incredibly friendly, and I truly appreciate her. It's unfortunate that she arrived a few minutes after we were seated; otherwise, I’m sure our experience would have been much better from the start.
The food was fresh and authentically Venezuelan, bursting with spices and flavor. They have weekly specials, so be sure to take a look. We enjoyed the sirloin, Venezuelan BBQ, and the TEQUEburger. The tres leches dessert was outstanding, and my favorite was the passion fruit juice! This place is a must-visit!
If you're feeling adventurous and have never tried Venezuelan cuisine, this is definitely the place to go! The service is excellent, and the food is fantastic. I walked in unsure of what to order, craving a sandwich, and they recommended one that I can't remember the name of, but it was absolutely amazing!
The Gratin Patacón was absolutely delightful. I had never tasted anything like it before, and I found myself ordering it again just a few days later because I was craving those incredible flavors. Amazing food and a beautiful restaurant! I can definitely see myself returning when I'm in town again. I went with my best Venezuelan friend, Caesar, and I'm so glad we got to enjoy the food together!
I went there because their website indicated they were open, but when I arrived, I found the place was closed. It's disappointing that they haven't updated their information. I won't be returning.
The worst Venezuelan food I've ever had. Terrible service—took them an hour just to bring a serving of tequeños. The food was cold inside. Truly awful, the worst experience I've ever had.

"The ambiance is nice. They were out of several liquors, pineapple juice, and wine choices were slim. The cocktails we settled on were good. (Margaritas, Patron shots, Spring Break 98, a couple more) Our server was nice but the food was disappointing. Burgers and salmon were way over cooked. Pizza was cold and wings were okay."
