Touching Souls Tea Room

As our tour continued throughout England, I continued to notice a who cares attitude at many restaurants. Not all, but many of them. Brexit is often used as a reason we can 't get good staff . Does this mean the French and Irish are more capable than the locals? In any event, can 't serve in queue order, can 't get order straight, can 't move quickly. Got nothing to do for an hour? Come here. Want to visit the cathedral before the bus leaves? Go somewhere else.

We visited for afternoon tea one Sunday. The volunteers were friendly and helpful and there were a lot of them! The cafe was rather crowded and as a consequence of the wooden floors somewhat noisy. However we found a table without too much difficulty and...the scone with jam and cream was good The cafe is only open for rather limited hours each day so it is worth checking before planning a visit. Cheque and cash payments only. Very competitive prices.

This restaurant is both appealing and tidy, offering a wide selection of light snacks, tea, and coffee at affordable prices. The staff were attentive and welcoming. However, my one complaint is that they should never microwave pastries - it transforms a sausage roll into a scalding hot filling that can burn your mouth, and the pastry becomes rubbery.

many people I have supported here in the past, good access for people who are disabled, the toilets are very easy to get, and eating is very cheap and always very pleasant, the staff is always friendly and helpful and I think. it is guided by volunteers, beautiful against directly from the abbey, would recommend a visit if they are open. we visited the business and the tee room in the abtei tewkesbury last weekend and the staff were so friendly and helpful. the cakes were beautiful and the load sold many unusual gifts.

I had a fantastic afternoon tea at the tea rooms for Mother's Day. The exceptional service from Jackie made the experience truly memorable. A big thank you to all the staff!

We visited the shop and tearoom at Tewkesbury Abbey last weekend and the staff were so very kind and helpful. The cakes were lovely and the shop sells lots of unusual gifts.

After visiting the abbey we went to the tea room and had a sandwich each ,we where greeted by very friendley staff and the tea room was very light and airey.

we had a light lunch at the tea room where we received a warm welcome the food was lovely and fresh and the tea room was nice and clean.
