the tower 12 is one of the best. they always have a great service, attentive staff and great eating. from the pizza to the brisket they knock out the park. grace, wants, adrian, brady and the whole team were always great for me and everyone I bring here. the tower 12 is an amazing restaurant during the day with a friendly surfer vibe in the lively hermosa beach. At night it becomes an amazing bar. there is always something with an amazing live music or banished djs. Karaoke Night on Thursday is not to be missed! I can't judge this place high enough. if they have read this whole review, they simply put the phone down and go!
We arrived with a reservation and were initially seated at a bar with four stools in a row overlooking the street. Since we were there with family and wanted to be able to converse comfortably, we requested a table and were seated at a tall table just a few minutes later. The place was filled with several TVs broadcasting NFL football games, and it was bustling with energy and noise from enthusiastic fans cheering on their teams. Despite the lively atmosphere, the service was outstanding! Our wait staff was attentive, and our food arrived promptly. Overall, the food was enjoyable!
I made reservations for a colleague and I for lunch. We went there the sign said seat yourself so we did at the only table upstairs that didn’t have dirty dishes and half eaten food on. We waited for a while no one ever came and we left…horrible experience will not return.
This place is not kid friendly even though their website makes it appear they are. Food was marginal, Service was terrible. No drink refills, hostesses too busy chit chatting. I would not recommend, unfortunately.

fun place at the hermosa beach pier to watch people. great eating outdoors with many heatings. eating was excellent, personal was friendly, great cocktails. very recommended for everyone.
Great location on the strand but it’s very loud and everything seems dirty such as the floor and the tables (sticky). It needs a major updating in terms of decor. Food is poor to fair.
Aside from the glitchy open table system. (Only shows 12am, nothing at 12pm), this place is outstanding. I will be back!
Fantastic spot! The food is delicious, and it's a wonderful place to catch some sports.
