My work mates and I went to Townhouse Diner for lunch today and boy was I surprised! I normally avoid diners like a plague, usually cheap ingredients, bad oils, and generally not good food. This place is great!! I ordered the Nacho platter which was Delicious and huge! My work mates got burgers, salads and some appetizers, they all complimented the food and we're impressed. The prices are great as well. Service was friendly, helpful, attentive, and quick. When I'm working out of North White Plains I'll be back. If you are anywhere near Metro-North NWP yard, it's worth the little extra hike past the normal delis, almost same prices and better food and selection.
I was here last week. And the waitress relayed my message to the cook very well.I wanted over-medium egg with specific instruction to not make it runny. And they did it well, just gooey! Pancake is soft and great.It is this a new york thing where the bacon is super thin and skinny? Well, i loved it when they served it crispy. ??
Been here countless times over the past 15+ years when looking for a quick bite to eat. Consistent, clean, good food/service, and reasonable pricing. Whenever I've had a minor complaint it's been promptly addresses. Regular go-to.
Great hometown dinner serves good food and good service. The waiting staff is very friendly to always have a smile. The food is pretty good, but only shy of the best food I had. I recommend the fried Calamari and tuna.
