We have eaten here numerous times over the years and always been outstanding…unfortunately last nights fish chips were not good in fact I left half of mine which is unusual! Don’t know what issue was, chips all soft, not crispy at all and tasted most sweet fish tasted like had been frozen. As I said in previous visits been first class however don’t know what issue was last night? If I hadn’t been looking after my Granddaughter I would have taken them back.
We have been coming to this restaurant from Aberdeen for years and the food never disappoints. The portions are large, hot, and delicious. Last night I had scampi and my partner had fish and chips, both were amazing. The owners are friendly, hardworking, and down to earth. If you are in the area, this restaurant is a must-visit. Thank you!
Outdoor seating with a great view. Fish was fresh (as you'd expect from a place so close to the sea) and cooked to order. Batter was nice and not soggy like you get from some places. Would definitely go back, shame we live so far away from it or we'd be there every week!

What can I say, it was the best fish and chips I have ever eaten, it was cooked to perfection, the batter on the fish was so light and not greasy at all. Will definitely be back!

Definitely the best fish and chips we have ever had. The chicken nuggets and scampi were also amazing, would highly recommend! Definitely worth the trip!
