Food not too bad, and priced sensibly. Toilets are abysmal, filthy, no lock on the only trap in the gents. Service okay, but always get the feeling they are talking over or past me rather than too me. Loads of rats running about on the other side of the layby. Junction 51 Coneygarth (Diner 51) is a better option.
The coffee and tea options are lacking, but the rolls are satisfactory. However, there seems to be a discrepancy as square sausage was advertised but not available. The bonus of having clean toilets and a nice area for dogs to exercise is a plus.
Always a good spot to stop for food and wc facilities. The food is always how you order it and generally you do not have to wait long for. I always have a crispy egg and vacon sarny on white toast no butter with cup of tea .... .. SPOT ON!
We stopped at this cafe during our break to enjoy some tea and sandwiches. The cafe appeared to be bustling with customers as we drove by. The lay-by was spacious with plenty of parking spots available. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is a good value refreshment stop. What a pleasant surprise to buy tea and coffee and not having to take out a mortgage! The added bonus is the pleasantly cheerful service. Well done!
This restaurant is a fantastic and convenient spot to grab a beer and a breakfast sandwich. I first visited the original cafe as a child in the 1980s.
Nice place to stop. Cafe food was nice quality for bacon/sausage/burger type joint. Enjoyed it.
