it is easy to get pampered at eating in a lot of restaurants all over the world, but grapes caught our hearts and souls. it will be a family favorite in the region basel land/solothurn not far from being. more relaxed but super attentive service is. only by the quality of each plate we tasted tonight. refined, balanced, truly impressive culinary skills of the team in traube. it is rare for us to enjoy every cure in 6 cursor menu, but must say that this restaurant is exceptional. the short rib main course (ordered by 2 at the table) was phenomenal. we were already in the drizzle, but this time were particularly impressed. the waiter was interesting about wein through the glass and we tried many. a standout dish was two types of suppe, meerrettich and beet root, in two glasses unusual and delicious.
we were here for a Saturday dinner. the service that recommended and, last but not least, the quality of food was superlatiw. I congratulate the cook for the great work. we're coming back!
