Reply to the Response from the owner : Here one can see the problem, the people here don 't listen/read but conflate the issues. I didn 't complain about the substance of the answers, but the manner and the way the person answered my questions specifically the disrespectful mannerism and fragmented answers. Treating customers with courtesy and respect is essential to any service business and your failing in the basics were what cause the negative review, not the whatever policy you tried to explain. Think about it, please! Original: I would never come to this hotel again because the front desk lady (older white female) was rude and discriminating. I drove by in my way back to LA from Seattle...

Really small confined hotel lot. The rooms are all tightly packed in a U shaped. Would be a tight fit if driving a truck. Front desk lady seemed money hungry. She wanted me to take my dogs inside the hotel and said it was cold. I had been traveling and just came from colder weather with my dogs in the camper which they did fine. Assuming strict rules with how desk workers demeanor is. Dogs need to be on leashes. No potty grass nearby just planters. Best is just to go to park down street. Only great thing about this hotel was the value. 3 beds for 130$. Other then that it was a mild hotel that needs work

We had an absolutely lovely evening here after securing a last-minute reservation for the last night of our stay in the La Jolla area. Fine dining is such a treat in this era of shared plates, and AR Valentien pulls it off perfectly. Elegant, but not stuffy, and casual attire was fine (good as we hadn't packed dressy clothes! We started with a cocktail in the cozy bar and everything continued to be just right from there on in. Our server was outstanding, the food was delicious and every detail was perfect. Thank you for a delightful time!

We had a wonderful birthday lunch for a friend. Initially we were seated in an area which was a bit energetic re: the people being rather boisterous around us so I asked if we could be moved to a quieter area. The assistance we received was both gracious and timely. Our new location made for the perfect lunch. The food was incredible (the furikake crusted seared ahi in ponzu sauce; chicken salad sandwich on a croissant). Birthday desserts included a delectable chocolate creation and a passionfruit meringue delight. We will return! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

My wife and I have stayed at this Travelodge yearly going on 10 years. The rooms are clean and recently updated … perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.. Good breakfast every morning. I’ve never seen the complaints like the ones recently on these reviews. The husband wife managers are courteous, honest and very pleasant to deal with. Just call ahead and your’ll likely get a fair rate. Much easier than registering on the 800 number with Wyndham.
