My experience at this coffee shop today was extremely disappointing. I ordered an iced latte and an Americano, but was charged for two iced lattes with cream, costing nearly £10. Despite the high price, the quality was not up to par. The coffee was weak and tasteless, more like tap water than coffee. When I questioned the staff about the order, they insisted it was correct, even though the drinks were not satisfactory. They did not even attempt to correct the mistake. I left the drinks at the counter and suggested the staff try them before serving to other customers, further highlighting their lack of competence. We are frequent customers of Treatz and are consistently impressed with the quality, packaging, and service. We have visited the dessert parlour and enjoyed their waffles, pancakes, and various flavors of ice cream. The staff is friendly and courteous, the atmosphere is pleasant and clean, and there are plenty of menu options to choose from. Highly recommend! Personally, I love their chocolate heaven pudding and lotus biscoff cheesecake.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of amazing and delicious desserts including shakes, waffles, cakes, ice cream, gelatos, and more. I tried the Mango milk cake and was impressed by the service and the dessert itself. I also ordered a Cookie cream waffle to go. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a sweet tooth looking for a late-night treat.
Lovely waiters, guy on til not very nice, staff seems a little slow behind the counter though the place was busy. Toilets terrible and only 1 for a place that holds about 20/30 people is not good. Takeaway is the best option for this place. Ordered: Pistachio icecream, Iced tea, Milkshake
