Trebol Es Castell - Tisch resevieren

En información turística del Puerto de Maó nos recomendaron comer en Cales Fonts, así que cogimos el coche y allí nos dirigimos. No nos habían dado ningún nombre y después de dar una vuelta escogimos casi por casualidad El Trébol. Lo primero que nos llamó la atención fue que tanto las paellas, como las calderetas sólo las hacían por encargo, lo que significa que el producto es fresco. En segundo lugar vimos que el 80% de las mesas estaban ocupadas por clientes habituales. Finalmente destacar la ubicación: el muelle de Cales Fonts. Un lugar precioso. La comida no solo nos gustó sino que superó con creces las expectativas que teníamos. El bacalao con cebolla frita es un plato que todos debería...

Este restaurante, medio cavado en la roca, medio situado en la cala, con la compañía del mar y de las barcas de pescadores tuvimos una de las mejores cenas que pudimos disfrutar en la isla. Aunque su oferta de marisco y pescado es su punto fuerte, también tienen buen género de carne y una carta preparada para celiacos. Una de nuestras acompañantes era vegana y no tuvieron ningún problema al respecto, le prepararon una parrillada de verduras que por lo visto estuvo exquisita. Yo me dejé llevar por los consejos del camarero y acabamos con una parrillada de pescado acompañado de Un vino blanco que nos recomendó y que maridaba perfectamente, así que, en resumen, una cena espectacular.
