This $16 noodle soup comes from a place that claims to have been serving it for 20 years, and while the broth portion is supposed to be just right, my experience was disappointing. When I called the restaurant, the staff responded with a mocking tone, which felt unprofessional and off-putting. It seems the restaurant has become a bit arrogant post-COVID. If the owner had taken a moment to look at the photo I sent of the Tom Yum noodle soup, they would have seen the mistake clearly. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just acknowledgment, but they refused to admit any error. After tasting it, the noodles were bland and soggy, and the broth barely covered a quarter of the bowl.
Tree Top is our go-to place for Thai cuisine in Waltham. We typically place an order every couple of weeks. The staff is welcoming and often recalls our regular order when we call. Their online ordering system, HiPierce, is straightforward to use and doesn't take much away from this family-owned restaurant. That said, we genuinely prefer calling in our orders rather than ordering online. Parking is generally easy, and picking up our food is hassle-free. They also provide impressively fast service. With many other Thai restaurants in the area shutting down, we strongly recommend that everyone give Tree Top a try!
This is probably my favorite Thai restaurant in the Waltham area. I've been eating here for almost two years, and I've even gotten my roommates addicted to it as well. The staff is always very friendly, and my food is usually ready just a few minutes after I place my order. The prices are the most affordable I've found at any Thai restaurant around, and they offer generous portions for each meal. I would definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for Thai food!

This is a fantastic and authentic Thai restaurant! We highly recommend the summer rolls and the green curry. The staff is very friendly and truly goes above and beyond for their guests, all while working at an impressive speed.
