Pizza bridge aven and the royal.... Very satisfied when at the filling, we tried with the pizza dough with black wheat, an original idea that amuses taste buds, however perhaps still improve on the perception when we ate it because a little hard. Should we add white flour to lighten black wheat?? Maybe.... From yeast.... Maybe.... Very good pizza with a rich and tasty filling! The black wheat paste gives an original taste. Tartiflette is really a success! Heated to the pan the next day, pizza keeps all their flavours. I recommend!
