Lemon pepper was non existent and the skin is just bad, the hot wings are so mild and half were overcooked despite being smoked. Husband enjoys and knows his IPA. He did not like the Fang IPA at all. Our meals weren 't that great either. The BBQ on the pulled pork sandwich was too tomatoey tasting, not much BBQ flavor to the sauce, the side coleslaw was the blandest slaw we 've ever had in our lives. Did they forget to mix in Sugar? Vinegar? Dill? Celery Seed? I think it was just mayo.The sliced pickles were flavorless too. The Diet Coke was flat. The Mac and Brisket was just ok but it needed some spicy BBQ sauce mixed in or on top of it. The Mac/Brisket meal did not come with a side for $18. The beer was fantastic, but the food was quite disappointing. As a vegetarian, I was eager to try their potato skins with smoked tofu. Unfortunately, they were not good at all. I paid $17 for just four potato skins, and the tofu either tasted off or had an unpleasant smoke flavor. I could only manage to eat two of them. My brother ordered the brisket sandwich and thought it was just okay. He also got a macaroni side, which was incredibly bland. Overall, I wouldn’t return for a meal, but I have to say the beer was excellent. I would rate the experience 2 stars, but I'm giving it a 3-star rating just for the beer.
We decided to visit this restaurant on a whim after walking through Cottonwood Park, and we were genuinely impressed. The beers were fantastic, and the service was both friendly and attentive. However, the standout dish was the Trout Gravlox—it was undoubtedly the best meal we've ever had at a brewery. It was incredibly flavorful and perfectly balanced. Absolutely delicious! We'll definitely return the next time we're in PG!

Awesome local Micro Brewery with some great tasting beers and nice environment! Friendly staff who are passionate about the place which is so great to see. It maybe down town in a light industrial area but it is worth seeking out to enjoy some quality craft beer. The only knock on them is they need a little more or better appies. Otherwise awesome place to go!!
Great food! Great atmosphere and amazing drinks. Had plenty of options for my wife who is Gluten Free as well. We can’t wait to come back here on our next trip to the north.
